Consistent with our track records, we work closely with founders and management teams to help them drive the long-term growth of their business. This can take many forms but often involves driving sector consolidation through buy-and-build strategies, pursuing compelling opportunities to deploy growth capital, and/or supporting the achievement of organic growth objectives.

Within our target sectors, we look to partner with middle-market, North American companies with EBITDA ranging from $5M to $40M. We seek companies with accomplished management teams, strong competitive positions and compelling opportunities for prolonged EBITDA growth over the long-term.
