PELOTON CAPITAL MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES TEAM PROMOTIONS, BLAKE BRACALENTI MADE PARTNER
TORONTO – January 29, 2026 – Peloton Capital Management (PCM), a Toronto-based private equity firm with a long-term approach to investing in the North American middle market, today announced the promotion of the following team members:
Blake Bracalenti has been promoted to Partner
Ganden Doherty has been promoted to Vice President
Zafar Kausar has been promoted to Senior Manager, Finance
Anna Liu has been promoted to Senior Manager, Finance
These individuals have each made significant contributions to the firm’s success and they consistently exemplify the values we hold as an organization. We are thrilled to see their continued progression, and we congratulate them on these well-deserved promotions.
Blake Bracalenti joined PCM in 2019 as a Vice President and most recently held the role of Principal. Blake is actively involved in value creation initiatives at P3 Veterinary Partners, Unison Risk Advisors, Billyard Insurance Group and Starfish Specialty Insurance and he supported PCM’s investments in 123Dentist, Glass Lewis, and Lakefield Veterinary Group. Blake currently leads the firm’s business development efforts in the P&C Insurance sector.
Ganden Doherty first joined PCM in 2019 as an Intern and re-joined in 2022 as an Analyst. He most recently held the role of Associate. Ganden is actively involved in value creation initiatives at P3 Veterinary Partners, Billyard Insurance Group and Lakefield Veterinary Group and he supported PCM’s investments in 123Dentist as part of the Altima merger and Unison Risk Advisors. Ganden plays an active role in business development in the Pet Services sector.
Zafar Kausar joined PCM in 2023 and most recently held the role of Manager, Finance. Zafar plays a key role in overseeing financial reporting and operational finance functions across the firm and supports PCM’s portfolio companies on a range of finance-related initiatives.
Anna Liu joined PCM in 2020 and most recently held the role of Manager, Finance. Anna is responsible for full-cycle accounting across all PCM entities, in addition to supporting various operational initiatives within the firm.
