PELOTON CAPITAL MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES NEW HIRE TO SUPPORT VALUE CREATION
TORONTO – December 11, 2025– Peloton Capital Management (“PCM”), a Canadian private equity firm with a long-term approach to middle-market buyouts in the North American market today announced a new hire to support the company’s value creation efforts at their investment partnerships.
PCM has welcomed Agata Urbanowicz as Managing Director, Head of Value Creation. Agata brings nearly two decades of hands-on operational improvement and performance enhancement experience to PCM.

Agata began her career as a Process Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where she developed a passion for operational excellence while preparing an assembly plant for a new vehicle launch. She later joined Carpedia International, an implementation-based consulting firm, where she spent almost 20 years conducting opportunity assessments and leading performance improvement initiatives. Eventually becoming a Partner of the firm, she worked with more than 120 organizations worldwide across sectors including healthcare, hospitality, financial services, and technology. Agata holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
