Senior Accountant

Miguel is a Senior Accountant in the Finance team at PCM and performs full cycle accounting for various entities within PCM. With a solid grasp of accounting principles, Miguel is responsible for ensuring accurate data analysis and preparation of financial statements, investment reports and tax compliance.

Miguel started his career at KPMG as a Staff Accountant, where he was responsible for auditing various financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial records. Before joining PCM, he served as a Senior Accountant, gaining valuable experience across public and private accounting engagements in the financial services sector.

Miguel holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management and a Master of Accounting, both from the University of Waterloo. He completed his undergraduate degree with Dean’s Honours, specializing in Accounting and Business Analytics, and has successfully completed CPA Canada's Common Final Examination.

Miguel lives in Toronto with his family and is an avid thrill seeker with a passion for adventure. Whether it’s skydiving, hiking rugged trails or exploring new destinations, he is always looking for his next adrenaline-filled experience.
