Advisory Board Member

Irene is a member of PCM’s Advisory Board and she plays a key role in advising PCM’s leadership team on firm strategy, operations and talent development.

Irene served as President at Pepperidge Farm and SVP of Global Baking and Snacking at Campbell Soup Company from 2012 until 2015. Prior to joining Campbell, Irene spent 8 years with Kraft Foods, including positions as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Salted Snacks division and Post Cereal division.

Irene has served as an Independent Director at Sunoco, Inc., TerraVia Holdings, Inc., Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc., Tailored Brands, BayBridge Senior Living and Brighthouse Financial. She also served as a Member of the Advisory Board at Catalyst Inc.

Irene has been honored with several awards for her business and community accomplishments, including being named “Women of Distinction” by The Philadelphia Business Journal in 2011, and a Laureate in the New Jersey Business Hall of Fame. In 2008, she was recognized by NJBiz as one of the Best 50 Women in Business, by Pink magazine as a Top 15 Innovator, and by Progressive Grocer as a Top Women in Grocery. She was also recognized in 2002 with a Corporate Achievement Award by the Organization of Chinese Americans for corporate and community achievements.

Irene holds a B.A. degree from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
