Christine Goldberg

Senior Manager, Value Creation

Christine is a Senior Manager on PCM’s Value Creation team and is actively involved in related initiatives across the firm’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining PCM, Christine worked at Canada Goose in corporate and product strategy roles, partnering with leaders across the business to advance strategic initiatives, including identifying and implementing COGS savings, developing regional growth strategies, and setting global seasonal product strategy.

Christine spent the first eight years of her career at Hugessen Consulting, a leading advisor to corporate boards on executive compensation and related corporate governance.  During this time, she advised public and private companies across a range of industries on setting executive pay levels, designing incentive plans aligned with company strategy and governance principles, and shareholder communication.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with Distinction) from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, with a concentration in finance.

Christine lives in Toronto with her husband, two young daughters and dog. She enjoys staying active, adventure travel and scuba diving, and is an avid baker.
