Agata Urbanowicz 

Operating Partner

Agata is an Operating Partner at PCM and plays an active role in the operational value creation efforts at PCM’s portfolio companies.

Agata started her career as a Process Engineer at Ford Motor Company where she first discovered her passion for operational improvement while readying one of the assembly plants for a new vehicle model.

Prior to joining PCM, Agata worked for almost 20 years at Carpedia International, an implementation-based consulting firm. Eventually becoming a Partner in the firm, she was heavily involved in upfront opportunity assessments as well as the implementation of improvement plans for client organizations. During that time, she worked with over 120 different companies globally in a wide variety of industries including healthcare, hospitality, financial services and technology.

Agata has a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen's University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.

Agata currently lives in Toronto with her husband and two teenage boys, and enjoys travelling, skiing, and relaxing on the dock with her dog at the cottage.
